Happy Monday Neergs!

Hope everybody had a great weekend. October is a big month for us at GKR.  Stay tuned because we have some really cool interviews lined up, not to mention our big contest we launched end of September.  I am particularly excited about this contest, because it gives you an incentive to learn about something that is having a terrible impact on our environment...plastics! Plastic Pollution---with two capital P"s- is destroying our oceans and may likely be entering our food web...

Plastic Bottles and BPA...bad for the earth, bad for you!

Happy Friday Neergs!

I know we've discussed plastic bottles a lot on GKR. We've talked about how long they take to biodegrade (up to 1000 years) and how little are recycled (about 12%). We know they are bad for the earth, but in oceans the problem compounds. I shared our Project Kaisei video with you and spent lots of time talking about the Pacific Trash Vortex  For all those reasons, and more, we have called on you Neergs to ban plastic bottles and to encourage your friends and families to do...
