And we could use it. The Senate voted 53-47 to reject Senator Murkowski's bill that would take away the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) authority to regulate carbon pollution.  The fear was the bill would let big polluters off the hook. Considering what's happening with BP in the Gulf now, this is quite a win. This is a positive move that shows our congress is moving in the right direction to address global warming and our oil addiction in the United States.
